Conner is a 20 something hermit who suffers from Schizophrenia. His three delusions are Mary Mother of Jesus, Einstein, and a vampire. When his new next door neighbor Lily stops by with some frozen yogurt Conner must consult his three delusions to determine if she is real or not. With a little help from Einstein Conner determines Lily is in fact real and then must win her heart. To do this he consults his delusions once again, only after scoring anti-anxiety meds from his doctor Dr. Bob, who happens to be his other next door neighbor.
Things are humorously clunky at first for Conner and Lily but once Conner gets his feet underneath him they really start to shine.
Things take a turn when Dr. Bob calls Conner out and forces him to take his medication. With the delusions on the out Conner must find a way to keep his wits to have any shot at Lily, who as it turns out, has a lot of baggage of her own.
Lily came over to help Conner but it is ultimately up to Conner to help save Lily.
